Reinforcing Steel Bar Mesh Welding Machine automatically welds steel wires into mesh for construction. Controlled by PLC, it precisely clamps and welds wire intersections using electric current and pressure. The machine continuously pulls and cuts mesh for efficient production. It features high welding speed, accurate sizing, energy-saving operation, and easy touch screen control, supported by servo motors and air cylinders for stable performance.

1. New design boosts output by 20%, cuts air use by 30%, shortens cylinder by 60%, delivers 570KG pressure, saves 50% power, and simplifies valve connection.
2. Special steel tube enables easy line wire feeding; servo motor sends wires further; SMC cylinders auto-clamp; slot tunnels lift to protect electrodes.
3. Cross wire feeder with 1.5T capacity uses motor & reducer for bulk feeding; servo motor ensures precise, stable wire falling with big torque.
4. Mesh pulling is driven by servo motor with reducer, SMC cylinders control hook lift, and PLC adjusts wire spacing via touch screen. It is to pull the welded cross wires out of the mesh according to the parameters set by the program, and according to the length of the mesh, it can realize multiple reciprocating pulling mesh, until the whole mesh is completely pulled out. It is composed of four parts: the bottom frame, the movable pulling mesh frame, the pulling mesh car and the supporting mesh tubes.
5. PLC control system ensures precise, automated operation of the entire machine, allowing easy parameter setting, real-time monitoring, and stable performance.

The up and down electrodes all adopts special CuCrZr,the electricity conductivity,hardness and wear resistance are all very good,the changeover time of the longitudinal cell is reduced to about 30 seconds.Welding electrodes are driven by the spindle passing through the crank,and installed with adjustable spring pressure,This structure is not affected by climate and convenient maintenance and usage.
And the up and down electrodes both adopt water cooling system,thus an reduce the heat of the upper and lower electrodes when the machine works, and can work for 24 hours continuously.
